It's mournful but has this melodic dirge about life with AIDS.

相当悲哀的一首歌.

I can repeat that scene many times and still get excited! (lol)

This song was written in 1985 by Michael Jackson & Lionel Richie.
During that time, Ethiopia was experiencing famines & droughts.
So a group of popular musicians got together to record it to raise funds.

I always feel an urge to cry whenever I listen to the song or when I watch the video.
Except when Bruce Springsteen is on screen (lol)

This morning, I watched P.S. I Love You.
10 minutes into the movie, I started crying, all the way till the end. ｡･ﾟ(´□｀)ﾟ･｡

I can't remember, from recent memory, any movie that could make me cry during its entirety.

I think I'm gonna get the novel later☆


It's been a while since I last watched Philadelphia.
Released in 1993, the film revolves around HIV/AIDS & homosexuality.

At that time AIDS was in its early stage becoming a severe social issue, so I think the contents of the movie was very shocking, as it described things such as the epidemic of misunderstanding about AIDS; prejudice and discrimination against AIDS patients.

The theme song "Streets Of Philadelphia" was written & performed by Bruce Springsteen.


When I was young, I remember that whenever the "We Are The World" music video is on TV,
I would always look out for Bruce Springsteen (lol)

Back then, I didn't know who this guy was.
There's a scene which focus on him singing "We are the world~ （´０｀）～♪"

That hoarse voice really got me excited! (lol)

Ahh!! "Who is this guy?"

It was 10 years ago when I finally found out his identity!! \(^∇^)/
He had sung the theme "Secret Garden" to Jerry Maguire.
When I saw the music video, I was so ecstatic!

"Aha! That's the guy with the hoarse voice!! I finally know his name!!" (σ＾０＾)σ

昨天看了《Untraceable》，结局很爆发呢!
可怜的Colin Hanks，我还以为他能逃脱... (´ω｀)

今早看了《P.S. I Love You》.
电影已开始了10分钟，我就已经哭得稀里哗啦的
一哭就哭到电影结束.

最近所看的电影，我影像中好像没看过能让我能从头哭到尾的电影啊! ｡･ﾟ(´□｀)ﾟ･｡

我迟些时候会去买原著小说☆

已经许久没看《Philadelphia》了.
1993年的电影，剧情围绕着爱之病、同性恋的话题.

那个时候，爱之病刚开始成为社会的担忧，所以我觉得故事很惊人.
还有，爱之病严重被大家误解，甚至对患者带有偏见的种种的问题。

主题曲"Streets Of Philadelphia" 是由Bruce Springsteen作词作曲、主唱.

小的时候，每当"We Are The World" 的music video在电视上播时，
我都会很注意他 (笑)

当时，我并不知道他是谁.
他那把沙哑的声音，在video里头唱着 "We are the world~ （´０｀）～♪"

真的让我很兴奋耶! (笑)

天啊!! "他到底是谁呀?"

10年前，我终于知道他的身份了哟!! \(^∇^)/
那时他唱了《Jerry Maguire》的主题曲 "Secret Garden"
我看到那个music video的时候，哇塞!! 是他啦!!!

"哈哈! 就是那个唱歌很沙哑的猛男!! 我终于知道他是谁了!!" (σ＾０＾)σ

Finally a brand-new episode of Grey's Anatomy!!
It's a pain to see Derek & Meredith not talking to each other.
Shonda Rimes, the creator of the series, said they will end up together eventually.
As to how, we'll have to keep tuning in.

I had applied 3 layers but still I didn't get the desired results (´･ω･`)

Oh well, not bad for my first attempt.
I'm gonna get a stronger glitter polish later~

Sigh~ removing is gonna be a pain (TωT)
Glitters are beautiful but when it's time to wash them off,
it's gonna take more effort than usual.

That's the price to pay if you want to be pretty☆

唯一令我失望的是闪亮亮的指甲油．
不够 '亮'啦...
搽了3层还是达不到我期待的效果(´･ω･`)

不过，第一次已经算不错了．
待会儿要买更'亮'的指甲油～

哎哟~ 该洗掉的时候一定很辛苦 (TωT)
这种闪亮亮的玩意虽然很美，不过要洗掉需要很多精力呀．

Robert Downey Jr. & Jon Bon Jovi's additions to the show were brilliant!
We all know Jon Bon Jovi heads my fave band, Bon Jovi.
But Robert Downey Jr. also have a charismatic voice.

Everytime I listen to this track, I always picture myself walking on the streets during Christmas.
Despite the title and the lyrics, it gives me a lonely feel...（・ω・）

每次听这首歌，我都会想到在圣诞节，独自一人在街上.
尽管歌名和歌词的意思，歌曲的melody让我有种寂寞的感觉...（・ω・）

Mum told me yesterday that when Granny bought it then,
she must have intended to give it to me...(ﾉ＿･､)
This gold watch, NO, this precious watch left to me by Granny, I will never, ever sell it.
Although I don't wear it, but it doesn't mean that I don't cherish it☆

ARGH!! His 1st album still can't be found anywhere in local stores

昨天爸爸到表行去询问了一下:
原来奶奶10多年前买这表时只有$300~
不过现在的价值已经标高了哦!
还有，手表的表面可是水晶玻璃耶~

昨天妈妈跟我说，当时奶奶买手表时，可能已经准备送给我了...(ﾉ＿･､)
这金表，不，奶奶留给我的宝贝，我永远都不会卖的.
虽然我不戴，不过并不表示我不珍惜它☆
